Time
Time is such a precious commodity and as usual there just doesn't seem to be enough hours (or energy) in the day. Like all moms my days seem to be filled with the everyday things taking care of children brings. More mess in every area of the house. (Also more hugs and kisses and snuggles too!). Add onto that a part time job, babysitting a one year old 5 days a week, taking care of a 9 and 11 year old three days a week after school, and now my etsy adventure and life is going beyond full steam. I must admit that I was really exhausted for a little bit there. Thankfully things seem to be settling down into a manageable rhythm again...knock on wood and fingers crossed.

And I begin
Well life has gotten tighter financially for us, so what do I do? I start my own little business online! Crazy. I know that there will be start up costs (and there are). I've been purchasing things I've always wanted, but felt like I couldn't justify for sewing for myself and the kids. The best thing about that is that my husband is okay with me purchasing this stuff even with the financial crunch.
For now, I'm going to focus my store around kids, girls in particular. I just love little girls that stay little girls!
Now as to why I chose Little Orbitz for my store name. I have three young children who constantly run circles around me, follow me, and look to me to guide their direction. They are my satellites orbiting around the mother planet.
I hope you enjoy what you find in my little store.
